Diagnose.
I spend the first two weeks inside your numbers, channels, and operations to figure out what is actually holding growth back. Sometimes it is distribution, sometimes it is margin, sometimes it is that the founder is doing six jobs.
The 90-day plan
Build.
A 90-day growth plan with clear owners, deadlines, and budgets, written down so we can actually execute against it.
On retainer
Run.
Name of the game is execution. Sales, marketing, operations and more. We work on a weekly cadence and you'll see the growth firsthand.
The vehicle
One retainer, one operator. Month one is diagnose and build. Every month after that is run, month-to-month once the first 90 days are up. No long-term contract, no account team, and you know the price before you commit.
